We may share your information: 


With authorities: 

  • If we suspect elder abuse, we are required by law to report it. 
  • If the law requires us to, or a court orders us to. 
  • In emergencies.

For our business needs: 

  • With companies that help us run our services, like data storage or marketing. These companies are obligated to keep your information confidential. 
  • If you request a quote or information from a senior living community, we may share your information with them (and they might contact you). 
  • To verify the information that you provide. 
  • To complete transactions or obtain products or services you request.  
  • To send you administrative notices and updates. 
  • To offer you promotional materials, surveys and personalized information. 
  • With companies interested in offering you products or services related to senior care (and they might contact you). We may be compensated for these referrals. 


With others: 

  • With your permission, like if you share information with your lawyer. 
  • If we believe you’re breaking the law or harming someone (including us). 
  • In connection with a business sale or merger. 
  • With our affiliated companies. 


Important Notes: 

  • If you don’t want us to share your information in these ways, please don’t give it to us. 
  • By requesting a quote or information, you consent to being contacted by those providers. 
  • No system is 100% secure, but we will take steps to protect your information. We are not responsible for unauthorized access.
